NOC for PNP

Hi All Experts,
Please help me proving the right information. Do I need to select my NOC while submitting my EOI to any PNP of Canada? Or I can select my NOC just after getting ITA from PNP.
I'm feeling bit confused regarding finding my right NOC.

You select your NOC when you apply either through Express Entry or if you apply directly to the province.
