NOC Code and Job Offer

Can I only accept job offers that fall within the NOC code I am using to go through the EE program?
I am going through EE as a Geologist, but received a job offer as an environmental officer. These fall within two different NOC codes. However, I meet the NOC code qualifications for an environmental officer, as well. Can I accept this job offer? Or must I turn it down as it does not qualify under the geologist's NOC?

You can accept a job offer in a different NOC. Just remember that you will also need an LMIA in order to receive the additional 600 points.
