No update online or email after sending email 1 month ago?

Hi,
I sent Citizenship application with all fees receipt last month (around Feb 1st).
Till now I have got no response and even the online status does not show any file. Is it normal to take this long before putting file in their system?

yes, one month is not that long. I think it took almost 2 for my wife to see her status in eCAS.
