No Response on my PR Spousal Sponsorship inside Canada

Hello Everyone,
I applied my PR under spousal sponsorship inside Canada on Sep 23,2022 in new online portal. Today its Feb 06 almost 135 days i still not receive any docs from Ircc. Not even my AOR. All I received a mail stated that my application for PR has been submitted. I not even receive my Application number in that email.
i call so many times to ircc representatives and they were not able to track my application. I create web form as well. Ircc replied that they have high volume of requests so it take longer time.
If anybody can help me in that matter i really appreciate that. Thanks everyone in advance.

I was in the same camp as you as I waited for any communication since I submitted it on September 11th, 2023. I sent a DM on Twitter to
@CitImmCanada on January 30th and I put as details the email account used to create the online PR portal and from where the application was submitted, my name and my applicant name. While they never answered, it kinda helped unlock it because that same day, I received a returned application email outlining missing documents that turned up from a mistake in IMM0008 I did (we included my citizen son in it while it wasn't supposed to be there, only on IMM5406).

While it might be anecdotal, I suggest you try the same idea as me and provide enough information for them to track the application as we don't have UCI at this point, which is what most agents at the call center would need.
