By mistake am having in one of my experience letters written that i was working 42 hours per week instead of 48,will it make any difference?

No, don't worry. It should not contradict with any other document for that particular work experience. If it is then only you may face problem.
 
As long as it is mentioned that your no. of work hours per week are minimum 30 hours or more (min. 1,560 hours per year), then it is fine.

It will contradict with my contract is it an issue

According to me, you should better get it correct because OINP officers may treat it as misrepresentation of fact.

I think better you get new reference letter with correct number of hours.

Will try that of course but it was hard to get the first time,what else can i do,give it with the contract,correct it with a pen or not give the contract?

If it is that hard to arrange new reference letter thend you can skip contract copy....but include rest documents like appointment letter, experience certificate, salary slip...and any other relevant docs.

I will be able to provide copies of salary slips ,business card and experience letter,will that be ok

2. Experience Letter
3. Paystubs
4. Reference Letter (includes work hours, roles n responsibilities, duration, position title and other basic things)
5. Contract copy (if any)

These are basic documents which you've to provide.

You should be fine, In my case i just submitted reference letter and pay slips.

Are these the basic documents that i have to provide from each work? I dont think all these are necessary,also what is an appointment letter?

Nmeka said reference letter n paystubs can do the trick so you can do that too.

I don't think this is right forum to explain you about appointment letter.
