Sorry I'm new in this forum.......
I am really confused about this POLO issue, there was a new guidelines in hiring a caregiver which is so simple, once all requirements are accomplish just send them to Canadian Embassy in the Philippines for VISA. But with all the sharing in this forum you can't leave the country without passing POLO. if I leave in Canada and I will directly apply my sister in POLO Vancouver will that be possible? or do I still need to hire an agency back home to do all this stuff? please help.......thank you
