My spouse just went to a interview at New Delhi recently and the officer said she had a few concerns and she is refusing the application. Next day eligibilty shows completed. Does that mean we can expect a letter saying it will refused? Does the refusal happen after all the steps are completed? Just trying to understand what the green eligibilty completed means? For anyone who had a refusal did your eligibility showed complete or it just said a refuse via email or letter?
