It means second passport request. If somebody is travelling or wants to travel they ask New Delhi if they could submit passport at a later stage or final stage.

My wife received her passport with visa and COPR. It's been 204 days since we sent in the application, online status still shows in process.

How bout this, if we don't respond to the so called 'first' PPR, does the a 'second' PPR automatically follow or do we have to inform them that we are not sending it right now due to travel requirements ?

Yes, we have to communicate them for every correspondence whether we are sending or not the requested document.

so i really like this new thing about mentioning your province thing now...

well i geuss my husband will be the only one who is coming to Quebec

... just a quick note we actually have an additional process we need to go through right after step one approval about a selection certificate here in the province of Quebec....

i dont know maybe thats why Quebec takes longer???

ive completed all the steps and they've had our passport for 3 months now and still nothing

Even my husband stays in quebec n we had an extra step after after 1st step.... its been 3months i have sent my passport.. still waiting.. completely frustrated ... My medicals is gonna expire this december.....

there are many members in the forum who sent their passport after 2 ppr and didn't affect anything.

It wont affect anybody who filed their case before 26th October 2012 .......so tough luck buddy ........ur wife is already a PR and nthng can be done abt it ....lol

But haven't received any thing yet..so it it normal for New Delhi office?
On ecas for sponsorship it's say -We received your application to sponsor on December 28, 2011.We sent you a letter on August 9, 2012 about the decision on your application. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

For stage 2 it says-We received application for permanent residence on so and so date.

Medical results have been received.

I wanna ask is normal or should I email New Delhi office?

I see Canadian address as "Your current home address" that just showed up!

i hope it mean the pp is on the way.......with VISA on IT
