Yes, today, and the visa issue date on the passport is Oct 25th.

Since you are handling the spreadsheet, in the notes, if you can please add that there was a 2 years foreign travel history, others might find it useful. Also, thanks on taking up the spreadsheet responsibility, wish you a speedy process!

ANALYSIS AND CURIOSITY

Analysis

* i just looked at the spread sheet, if any trends were to be analyzed.Most Passport request dated Up till second week september are converting to In process.

* i don' think that province has to do anything with time line.Except in case of Quebec .My view is that immigration is a federal activity.Any registration systems are initiated at time of landing,as they would not know if the applicant would be approved or applicant could change mind to settle somewhere else.My opinion ,i Might be wrong.

Curiosity:

How Are documents & supporting documents transferred to NDVO.
Main documents Have bar code so ,one scan and the information is there .i think it is also remitted once you validate the forms.But what about the pictures etc.
Do they scan or send by snail mail or they don't send at all.
I ask because transferring of file involves time,which would impact total processing time.
In my opinion they must be doing it electronically ,because it would be economical and efficient.

what do you guys think??
