Need urgent help regarding PCC for my friend

Hi everyone/ @NOC98 ,

I have my friend who is planning to apply for the PR. He left India when he was 18 years and 4 months old. According to the IRCC rules and guideline PCC is only needed if someone stayed in any country above 18 years of age and for at least 6 months.

Do he need Indian PCC or good?

No he don’t. If you were 18 year of age when you left india , you don’t need PCC.
