I need suggestions now, it's way above Regular time (almost double) and I haven't heard anything from the CHC (Ch**tia, Ha*ami, Ch00r).. Should I shoot an email to them about the status.. or keep on waiting..??

Fan As you wish......but as for my suggestion, to save time......
You can call to visatronics. Like previously i did because your status is in transit. And told them, I received an e-mail from CHC ISB, they will replay like this

"your documents has been finalized and in comming days you will receive your documents". (if you e-mail to CHC ISB, they will send you previous msg within 15 business days)

If you call to visatronics office, the officer told you, that it is our responsibility that we call back to you rearding documents delivery. They will ask you that what is your Air way bill number? Then they check your status......

Hope this will solve you problem and awake the dudes of visatronics and deliver your documents as soon as possible........

Visatronics ppl could not say any thing about 'in transit' status. If you inform the visatronics office, they will speed up to collect your consignment from CHC ISB..

When you submited your application, you submitted one envolope in that consignment.

When you sent your consignment to CHC ISB, you become cosignee and CHC ISB become consignor and the consignment is done by visatronics. So, it is the resposibility of visatronics to deliver your documents to CHC ISB and finanlized
documents from CHC ISB to Visatronics by his transport. Then visatronics inform you if the officer receive any documents regarding your air way bill number.....

Sometimes, they take too time to bring lot of consigments (i.e. 100....) from CHC ISB in one trip , by his transport, to save fuel...........

when does your classes begins?
if they begin in sept then I would suggest that wait for a while (a week).

If they begin earlier you should email them and let them know about your situtiation.

Jigzzy bhai, you should wait at least for 23rd July, let your 2 months be completed. Because I also got my medical call after two months. Your email will not affect them, they already have pre-prepared answers, like "Your application is under review" or "Your application will be finalized soon". So be patient for at least more 10 days.

I am so dead meat. I think due to being Pakistani Canadian VO would think we would settle there permanently due to bad halaat back in Pak. -.- ..which is actually true .. Damn the taliban

lolz ....... Jigzyy ... I got my study permit in 2001 on September 4th .... and some of my friends got on Sept 14th ...... its 2011 now ..... its comparatively hard now to get it ...... but I am sure u will get it really cloze to the date of ur arrival in Canada .....thats they way they do it ... so relax ......

I think you should send them an email..I did it and they replied within a single day. Just make your email short (just ask them about the status of your application) and provide them your details (Name, DOB, Passport no., telephone no., address) The format for sending them an email is provided here:
