Gote GCMS note and says mu job wan't match to my education background. Please help me.
what kind of document should i submet to make them convince.
I applied in NOC 0631. And they give me on job training.
it also says that lead statment and job duites match perfecly.

is it a your first job or else ? you can prepare to explain, but not hurry , wait for more GCMS.

They will issue you procedure fairness letter and will give you 30 days to respond to it before making decision on your application.

ya this is the only job i have work since i came to canada.

yes I see, if so, you can explain why you can qualify for this job .

proper training, and maybe you studied some subjects related with this industry in university.

and training, or you once interned. whatever you think it can help to prove you are qualified .

the reason they question background and job is : they want to question the reality , honest .

it is normal, because you spend 4 or more years to learn A, as a result your job is B. sounds some cheating, right, so you need prove you are not cheating.

the reason I suggest not hurry is : because, if a case have real problem, they will delivered to another VO for double review and discussion. and that will be recorded in GCMS.

so maybe your problem is not a big deal , then you should do nothing.

even another VO start review your case, there is a rule for them.

they only assessed the doc submitted to them,they don't ask more file. but if they doubt the reality , they need give a chance to you for explanation. this rule have almost become some kind law format in my opinion.

so all you can do it prepare explanation file . if you find another VO involved for some reasons, then you can consider submit this explanation letter.

so apply GCMS again and again for updated infor.

I do a search with my native language . there are do some cases rejected because of this in some reports.

e.g some students who studying Arts , but later his job is marking or finance . case like this get rejected. because he/she is not qualified for the job. so the job experience the VO didn't agree with .


but I also know that not all cases failed.

some passed case have close education background. some just have nice officer. after register in this forum for several months.

My education fall in to skill B in technical field and i am working as manager at restaurant in Skill O, so i think their is more chance to get rejected?

you should compare the NOC you applied background requirement with the one you studied.

It is a zero Intersection. But I thought education want matter until now.

ok, you can do one thing to check if it matters now :

send your job detail , title , duties, and background to HSRDC contact email , you can find in their website,

they will ask for your education information if you don't give . just give job infor.


so the NOC is not decided only by job. also by your ability (education ) .
