in the application they ask about last 12 month income, and then they ask about notice of assessment. Its confusing as we have the notice of assessment of 2019 and they ask about this year income and so@! anyone knows how to deal with this confusion?
 
They need to know your income for the last 12 months preceding the date of your application. Since you will not get notice of assessment until you file your taxes. You will have to include pay stubs if you are employed. Bank statement if you are self employed. Statement/certificates if you are earning Employment Insurance. Employment letter. It depends what kind of income you were getting for the last 12 months. I would also include the 2019 notice of assessment but it won't make a difference; they will base their decision on the last 12 months.
