I really need your advice I m stuck in this situation my uncle was in manitoba and we guys want to apply under family stream but my uncle just moved to Toronto.now what to do? How can we apply under family stream in manitoba? Do we have any other options?

Well if you don't have a relative in Manitoba, then you can't apply under their family stream. So when the FSW reopens, you will have to see if you qualify.
