need help about address

I am filling the application and i am applying in visa office in Manila, philippines but I am currently in Canada. I'll be back in the Philippines by end of May 2013. I am going to submit our application this month,I am wondering which address should i put in the application since I am gonna be back home, is it my address in Philippines or my address here in Canada. Thank you. I have been living here in Canada for almost two years under student visa.

I would put the Canada address now, in case they mail you something. You can update it later when you move.
