Need clarification on VAC Fees

Hi,

I have submitted online application for Canada Visa and have received message from IRCC saying send passports to VAC.
Me and My husband have submitted application together.

Now questions those I have are
1. Do I need to give $31.40 per application (i.e. $62.80 for both of us) or just $31.40?
2. Do I need to send two separate return prepaid mail envelopes or just one?
