Could anyone answer me for my problem? I was planning to apply for sinp hospitality sector pilot project after six months. But my problem is I work in alberta without work permit for more than 1 year, because my previous employer lied to me, he keep on telling me that the lmo is on process and it's okay to work while on process because the government is slow to process because of their new rules. Do I have a chance to be nominated by the province and if I'm going to apply for pr, do I have a chance or immigration will send me home?

I cannot comment on this case specifically but understand that immigration doesn't take kindly to illegal workers and unfortunately as the worker, it is your responsibility to ensure you are working legally. The employer can be held accountable to a degree but you really should have checked.
