Dear Sir

I am in US now, I may expect my PR letter during September first week, but my US VISA expires by September third week, and I am traveling henceback to I India during September third week.
Hence I couldn't submit my passport to Canadian immigration for stamping with in the stipulated 15 days.

If I request this to the Canadian immigration , will they allow me to submit my passport at Indian office once I reached there.

How to handle this , please advise me.

After you receive your passport request email, you can inform them of your change in location and they will move your case to Visa office in India. Later you will receive another passport request email from Visa office in India and you can then send your passport to them.

If you move before receiving the passport request, then you can inform them immediately.
