Hello, I'm natural from ukraine, but I'm living in Portugal at the moment. Both my parents and my brother are intrested in working in Canada.
So i got the following questions:
Can they actually work in Canada?
I have heard that there was a kind of a contract, that forces you to live in Canada for 2 years , but also provides with housing and a job. Is it true?
Is there any kind of guide, that helps you settle in Canada personally?
Any pre-arrival services?

No - it's not true. The only people who offer this are scammers. Scammers take your money and there's no job. Stay very far away from anyone offering you a deal like this.

In general, it's next to impossible to secure a job offer in Canada as a foreign worker. If your family wishes to work in Canada, they should focus on applying for PR instead.
