My EMPLOYMENT CERTs. don't include my position's tasks/ duties. Is that okay??

HI there!

Please help me with this. ALL my Certificate of Employment from my previous employers don't have my position's tasks/duties included on it. Is that okay if I pass it as it is or should I request for another copies from my previous employers with that information included.

Follow the directions to the letter. If you CAN get letters with your job duties GET THEM. If you have TRIED to get a complete letter and been refused include that refusal and explain what you did to comply with the rules. Include what ever you can to prove your duties (job posting, evaluations, recommendation letters, etc). So many people have had their applications refused because they did not prove they perform the duties of their specified NOC. Don't take chances. Good Luck.
