I have started application forms for Master's Program in Concordia University and University of Victoria. In Academic background section, it is listed Bachelor of Engineering, but my degree credential is Bachelor of Technology. There is no option such as 'other'. Is B.E. and B.Tech considered same there ?

Factually speaking , B.E has a lot more value than a B.tech in Canada. This can be seen when you compete for jobs with B.Eng graduates. In your case , You must ask the university if your degree can be considered or not. If yes , You can continue to apply. Some universities consider B.tech and B.Eng to be the same just to attract international students.

There would be an option called "Others". Select that and mention "Bachelor of Technology" in the text box that would be provided with that.

I don't remember very clearly since my undergrad was a B.E. degree and showed up as an option in all application forms
