My baby got his passport after ME email, do I need to update the table of IMM008

My baby got his passport after ME email (and before Medical Exam), do I need to update the table of IMM008 after Medical Exam?

Note:
1. My baby's other documents such as birth certificate has been sent to CIC in the application package at first.
2. But my baby's passport photocopy didn't send to CIC in the application package at first.

Yes you need to update and let them know. Send the updated forms and copy of passport or it will prolong the passport request part.
