Moving to a new apartment while application is processing. Change of address?

Hi,

Would someone please advise how I should notify CIC of my change of address? We'll be moving to a new apartment in a month. I submitted my application on August 10th and it's processing.

CIC website is outdated. It says if you've already applied for permanent residence, you should notify your nearest visa application center. But when I press on the hyperlinke, it says "as of January 1 2015" you can no longer submit a PR application through embassies or consulates!

Please advise.

Also would the move cause any potential delays or screw ups in the application process?

I am going to change address too. On the CSE, is it require to write explanation on the INQUIRY box why we move in or just the address that we suppose to move in.
