Hey guys help me. I've applied after feb 27, 2008 and didn't match with 38 occupation list. I applied at New Delhi haven't got money. Will they refund my money. I'm worried.

They are suppose to re-fund all payments if your application is not successful. however, you are suppose to apply to Nova scotia, not directly to your local CIC office.

If the OP applied prior to Nov/08 his/her application went to Delhi. Once s/he gets the refusal letter, s/he should get a refund in about 6 months.
