Hello, everyone, this is the timeline of my CAQ obtention process so far:
Sept - 13 - 2019: Acknowledgement of receipt of your application
Sept - 13 - 2019: Confirmation of payment
Sept - 14 - 2019: Opening of your file
*Oct - 10 - 2019: Files sent
*Oct - 11 - 2019: DHL receipt confirmation
*Nov - 06 - 2019: New message on portal saying that files were received Oct-15th
Nov - 11 - 2019: Documents missing
*Nov - 12 - 2019: Missing files sent
*Nov 13: DHL receipt confirmation
*Dic - 2 - 2019: No further notice
So first time from DHL postal receipt confirmation to message on portal, it had to pass 18 working days.
This time, after sending missing files, it has been 14 working days and I haven't got any notice.
Has anyone been in any similar situation?
My program starts on January 2020 and I'm starting to get a bit nervous because I still have to get study permit after this.
Does anyone have a phone number or email I can contact the ministry at?
