Hey, i just sent a case specific today,

I just said something along the time lines of

hi, i am emailing you because we recently sent in some documents and its been 4 weeks and we have no heard anything whether they were sufficient or not. I also contacted my local mp because we have been in process for 15 months but he also did not have any update for me. your response would be greatly appreciated, thank you for your time


something like that. just try to be polite and blunt, get straight to the point. they prefer emails that are concise rather than blab on and on and on. lol

My husband was approved as a sponsor march 28th , so I'm guessing they probably received them sometime last week maybe earlier :-\ I guess I should wait longer ?

does your ecase say medicals received?
it should pop up once they open them and approve them.

they probabaly wont pop up until you get the aor or maybe even after.
im not sure because ours was expired so 4 months after sponsorship approval my spouse was asked to redo his medical than it was another 4 weeks after he did the medical that it showed up on ecase.

but I think you should wait at least until you get the aor

not quite. 4 years and waiting. Just returned home after meeting my Mexican guy in Costa Rica..... Everything will be sent to Mex next week for final processing......please pray for me.......I cant handle the ups and downs much longer ! ???

Hopefully they finish it up right away!! since you know your approved it should just be a matter of them processing and finalizing the final documents!! fingers crossed its just around the corner!!

Hi leissa , Yes it only says Medicals recived doesnt show a date or anything like that so I guess they havent open them or approve them right ? I havent got the AOR yet

yeah they have than
if it says medicals received, they have already opened them and approved them
don't need to worry about the medical now.

just wait for the aor with the police certificate request.

Do you guys know if I should wait for the Stage 2 AOR (Mexican Embassy AOR) before submitting my Certificat de Selection du Quebec ... I'm not sure if other provinces also have a similar document, in Quebec, the provincial government handles the financial portion of the application.

YAY!!! Hubby got his passport back today with the visa stamped inside! What a relief! Now I can finally turn my mind off a little!
It took only one week from the time we sent the passport in to get the visa back!
Good luck to the rest of you who are still waiting. It's a long process but totally worth it!

nope they don't put a date!!
and if I were u I would send a prepaid waybill just cuz it could speed it up!
cuz otherwise they send the police request by regular mail and we all know that can be a little bit unreliable in mexico.

so yes I would send a dhl prepaid waybill just to be sure u get it and it speeds things up. so when they go to send out ur aor they will send the police request with ur prepaid waybill instead of regular mail
