Currently our application is processing at the visa office in Trinidad. After completing the Medical Report form (IMM 1017E) does anyone know if the applicant needs to mail the form to the High Commissions office in Trinidad? or is this form suppose to be electronically submitted by the panel physician directly to IRCC?
We were told by the doctors office the results will be sent to IRCC but my husband will need to send the medical report form. If this is the case can he upload it instead of mailing the form and send it through our GCkey account? or email it to the High Commissions office in Trinidad?
