i am an eritrean and i live in Switzerland .i have a diploma in medical laboratory technician but i can't work there b/c my diploma is in English so i am looking for a job in Canada,can anyone help me.

Getting a job without being a PR or a citizen will be very difficult because the employer must go through the LMIA process and pay for it. I assume you were a refugee so getting any form of temporary visa will be difficult for you. Also likely that you need Canadian certification.
