i just read in your post you are using a lawyer campell cohen, please were they the ones that said your vo should be warsaw and did you send your original documents to them. Need to know because i might be using them and i need to know how genuine they are pls

Congrats! I have a feeling your app is going to go faster than mine. Buffalo office just closed, so mine should be going to Ottawa now. I'm guessing there will be delays since a lot of changes going on...

I will be sending in my application soon, have a positive AEO. It is through my lawyer.

So what would happen after that, will I get something through email or post or through my lawyer.

I just received my PER, what this actually mean, did they awarded points or they will award points only after the file reaches the Visa office.

I just received my PER, what this actually mean, did they awarded points or they will award points only after the file reaches the Visa office.

The CIO checks your application for your NOC or your employment data. Additionally they check for the pass mark / points, too. However, they will not make a final decision on the pass mark, unless it is a negative result.

This means, that they were satisfied, that you
- qualify under the FSW-rules (NOC or employment offer) and
- will pass the 67points mark (only preliminarily).

However, the final positive decision only refers to the fist part.
The final check of the
- minimal requirement (one year continuous work in NOC 0, A or B)
- pass mark (at least 67 points)
- criminality check
- medical check
will be done by the local visa office.

I am hearing that Buffalo VO is closed?? what will be the impact on those applications which were for VO Buffalo? can someone give more detail on this. Update from my side is that its been 4 weeks passed and I have not got any communication from CIC

After you get a PER, then the CIO will send your application to Ottawa instead of Buffalo for processing. No one knows yet if it will be faster or slower than it was before.

I got AOR from the ndvo today, it says that they confirm that they have received my application package to their office, and says if i didnt hear anything from them within 6 months i may contact them directly. what will be the next stage.

Congrats to all of you guys. My actually get returned,reason- of course gap reached. i'm so frustrated not sure if should reapply in July specially nobody knows what kind of changed they will issue.

congartulation, it will be either MR or May be they will ask any other document if required. any way best of luck.
