Cic has my passport for more then 3 weeks, I humbly request everyone to comment on this topic if your passport/or some one you know was kept for so long?

Aren't you the guy who applied in 2012? You have a personal factor of 2 in processing time. People usually get their passport back in 2-3 week, so you are looking at 4-6 weeks ;D
