Masters or PR Diploma after completing Masters from home country.

Hi, 1 am already doing 2 years MBA and will complete my masters by the end of June, 2021. I am a bit confused in choosing PR diploma or Masters in Canada since I will already graduate by the time of applying for the visa.

Please suggest which program is more better and streamlined with my academic history, Masters or PR diploma?
