I read somewhere that all fingerprints get sent to Vancouver regardless of where you live in Canada. This says nothing about the local office that processes your application.

for me they asked to send fingerprints to

I beleive they received it. Check your spam, if nothing there..give them a call may be they sent it to a wrong email address or may be nothing wrong at all and your application still in the queue for some reasons !

Paper application - family of 3. I and my wife received AOR today but minor son did not receive it. All three applications were sent in the same envelope. Is there any delay in receiving minors AOR or do I need to inquire with IRCC about minors application?

The minor's AOE comes in the primary applicant's mail box - did you check the junk folder?

Apparently, they entered an incorrect email ID while data capturing the paper application. They sent me another email after I called them to inquire.
