Being outside of Canada, is it even possible to get a job with LMIA? If so where should I start? I have a low CRS point and if I get a job it will boost my CRS to 450. I am in IT field.

It's next to impossible to secure a job offer and find an employer willing to go through the LMIA process. I would strongly recommend that you find another way to increase your score or look into apply for PR through one of the PNP streams.

Try taking the IELTS again, it will improve your score. PNP is also a good option to try.

There is an excess of Canadian applicants for "standard" IT roles. However, if you are in possession of unique skills or experience, you stand a chance in a niche market.
