Can you please share your thoughts on my situation. My LMIA will expire on Sept 1, 2019, my application is with Canadian embassy and they requested me to do the medical assessment. Unfortunately the clinic/doctor needed to do further testing and it will take about 1-2 months for the result. My question is since my medical is pending and my LMIA is expiring soon, does it mean I need a new LMIA?
