List of address lived since 18th birthday

I have sent my initial application for FSW to NS,Canada on April 2009.

I made a mistake in entering address lived since 18th Birthday.Can I correct it while submitted the supporting document to local visa office..

just make a simple and short explaination.

I forgot to mention an address in the initial application..

So along with the supporting documents I need to correct that right?

What should write as explanation??
