Hello All,
I have two years of Canadian experience and I have got job offer from my employer. I have received ITA. My employer is not giving me letter of employement. Is it ok if I just upload offer letter, latest five salary slips and a document in which I will explain my roles and responsiblities and the projects which I have worked (basically kind of my CV). Also, when I mention projects which I worked, is it OK to mention client name.
Thank you
Pavan

If your employer is not even giving you a letter of employment/reference, how do you qualify for having a valid job offer? Are you on an LMIA-approved work permit?

No, IRCC does not accept job descriptions written by the applicants themselves. You need someone else to describe your employment experience, inclusive of job duties and responsibilities. If you can´t get it from your employer, you need to write a letter of explanation stating what you tried to do to get it, and provide proof that your employer refused. You then would need to get a letter from someone like a former manager or co-worker, or even client (that includes a statement of what you did for them, similiar to job duties).

Also, when I mention projects which I worked, is it OK to mention client name.
"Depends" - I see nothing wrong with that. Think about asking a client for a letter.
