about the 153 days in any 12 month period of OHIP...

- when is the 12 month period? is it from January to December?
- or the month you became resident? in my case... i became resident of Canada last February 2008... so will the 12 month period be... February to
February the following year?

If you look at http://www.health.gov.on.ca/english/public/pub/ohip/short.html you note that they say "any 12 month period" which leads me to believe that it is a rolling 12 month period so from any date to any date 12 months later basically. If you want to make sure that is correct, contact OHIP and ask them.
