i am under live in caregiver program and completed the 24 months. I am waiting for the passport information of my family members in the Philippines to complete the PR application together with Open Permit Application, however WP and CAQ got expired and now I am out of status?
Will I be eligible to submit an OWP and PR application even if I don’t have a valid status? Can I restore the status as a worker with an Open Work Permit?
Any idea on how can I restore the status?
