hi, my name is heike aumuller, i live with my family in the USA but we want to move to canada. we are from germany, my two sons go to school and my husband and i work and pay tax. we are illegal here and there is no chance to be legal. please can someone help us?

Your legal status in a country determines whether you can apply through that visa processing office. as part of documentations you will be asked to submit, passport andvisa pages are some. You must have a legal presence in the USA to apply through Bufallo. You may have to apply through the European CIC office
