Dear friends. I am really staked up. I seek your suggestions. I got study permit approved to study Project Management Diploma at University of Winnipeg in September 2016 intake. However, the seats at the university were already full before I got visa. Now, my university has recommended me to start the same course in January 2017 intake with current study permit. The question is that is it advisable to enter in Canada in January 2017 with new admission offer letter or I have to come on September 2016?your valuable words will be appreciated. Thanks in Advance.

Once you got the offer to study for September, they should not have told you again to start in January, so unprofessional! Ask university for the new offer letter, and as you enter Canada, explain the CBSA officer about this, they should give you valid student permit appropriately.
Yeah. It is so unprofessional.. I am much annoyed about it. The university is agreed to issue me a new admission letter in January 17. But it will be nothing but the wastage of 5 important months of my life. Thanks a mill buddy for your reply.
