Landing within Calgary

I’m living in Calgary with work permit, The processing of my application for permanent residence in Canada is almost complete , I just couriered to CPP Ottawa office , and i'm expecting to get the passports with the confirmation of Permanent resident Letters before end of April 2014

I’m wondering how to make the landing within Calgary ?

When you have COPR you either phone the Call centre, 1-888-242-2100 and make an appointment (you have to have legal status) or flagpole at either Coutts or Carway.

Thank you , that really helps and properly i will cross the border via Coutts or Carway,

Is there any specific working hours for any of these two offices ? are they available during week ends ?

i don't have USA Visa , is it still ok to cross the border via Coutts or Carway ?
