Hi, I'm on a valid H1B visa, currently on break in India, fully vaccinated with both doses of an approved vaccine.
There is currently a ban on travelers from India(who've spent the preceding 14 days in India) from entering the US. I was planning to use my valid COPR to land in Canada, apply for quarantine exemption, spend 15 days in Canada and fly back to the US after 15 days. I plan to finish out my lease, employment in the US and permanently move to Canada in February 2022.

- Has anyone been in a similar situation or followed this route recently?
- Will there be any problem with my PR for leaving Canada 15 days after landing?
- For arriveCAN, once we upload proof of vaccination, do we need to show the documents again at the airport?
- Does one still need a quarantine plan (hotel reservation etx)? Are quarantine exemptions approved on arriveCAN or at the airport by the officer?
