Just curious, do you guys think the pay level matters ?

Hi All,

I notice some of the applicants, due to an un-cooperative employer, can not have the letters with listed job duties but they still get the PR (with some self-explaination and other supporting documents). On the other hand, some of other applicants get questioned with all job duties matched but their pay level dose not hit the median range. Just a little curious.

Also I think it will be interesting to know if anyone got refused because of the duites not matched but the salary is well above the medain pay level of that NOC applied. (Guess there is not many)

Hope this disucsion can throw the light for the ppl who think their letter of employment is too general or dose not match more than 80% of the duties in NOC.

If you are looking for reassurances that there will not be a problem then no one can provide that.

Each case is looked at individually and assessed on its own merits.

You should always follow the guidelines for the application to ensure there are no problems.

If your employer is legitimate there should be no reason for them to refuse to provide basic information needed to support you application.
