No, I don't fall in those categories. I am on closed work permit in Canada from more than 4 years now and raised PR in CEC stream last year.
Since I will be applying for SOWP with my BOWP, I will attach my PR AOR and my company's HR letter confirming my employment as my current work permit will expire in next 2 months. I hope that should suffice.

I did both, but haven't got the note yet.
the eligibility check stuck in recommended pass since last year, and security check haven't start yet. The agent just apologized and told me to wait......

Medicals expired on 18th july 2021
Now that the travel restrictions are eased I don't understand why they still keep FSW on hold? Is there anything to do to get some movement?

Hi everyone,

I haven't submitted my application yet and hoping to get some more advice from the people who've already gone through this:

1. I got my ITA but now my passport number has changed. my PCC and medical will be on the new passport. But ITA, PNP, IELTS and WES are on old passport. Should i change my passport details on the initial form we after ITA?
2. My medical is scheduled for 23rd Aug, and the results will be ready after 15 calendar days. Can i submit my application after taking the medical on the 23rd or do i have to wait for the results? The panel doc will send results directly to IRCC via e-medical anyway and i won't get a copy (unless i pay for it).
3. Once I start filling the form after ITA, can i still decline it if i don't get my PCC and medicals in time?
4. Once I submit my application, can i withdraw it and re-enter the express entry pool?

Hello everyone. Don't know if anyone in this thread is still in the same boat or not.

July 2020 CEC candidate here. I had one outland dependant in file, but she became inland from Jan 2021 and I have updated her address to IRCC.

Its been more than 6 months since the last update on my file. Security check still hasn't started. Info Sharing and Criminality still in progress, with eligibility being Recommended Pass.

I have ordered GCMS twice but there have been literally no updates. My VO is Ottawa.

Anybody in the same situation or any idea what might have stopped the processing for a CEC file? @legalfalcon Any input will be greatly appreciated.

It's the same. AOR July 30, 2020 CEC inland, only security not started. Medical passed again on August 02, 2021. Primary office is CPC Ottawa, secondary office is Centralized Intake Office.
