So I went for my upfront last week. Got a call from the hospital that everything looks good and that they're forwarding to IRCC. Shortly after I open my profile and there's a remed request sitting there.
I already uploaded the emedical last week, so I guess IRCC might still get it?

Was background status ever changed to in progress and what about ur medical?

Also, I got a PCC request but I haven't left my country since AOR, do I just reupload the same one from last time for the foreign country and do a new one for local?

Medical was showing date before like passed on 25 Feb 2021 .now it's showing you don't need a medical exam. Background status was your application is in progress and we will send you a message when we start your background check

This is because your medical are expired now

So you need to wait for remedical request or they will extend your medical


Background in progress is a good sign as I think they will extend it as ur security is in progress

I have taken upfront remedical for accelerating the process. Does it be useful in any manner?

I don't know why some members are saying that Jan 2021 applicants are getting PRs, are they talking about CEC and PNP Or Outlands? I haven't seen any Jan 21 Outlands getting PRs
