as far as i understand, as long as the applicant's medicals are still valid, you don't have to land immediately after receiving the passport stamp? is there a time limit? if we wanted to wait a few months would that be an issue?

i don't think so, but i'm just confirming...

thanks :)

The validity of your visa is one year from the date of your medical. You can land before the completion of one year period of medical. I suggest keep a margin of one month or at least two weeks. Suppose there is an unforeseen situation, like sudden sickness of any member, a strike of the airline which you booked the ticket etc..etc.

You must land by the expiry date on the visa which is will be the earlier of either: 1. one year from the date of your medical exam or 2. the expiry date of your passport. Waiting a few months is not an issue as long as you land before the expiry date.
