Here in Israel military is a must, and it takes 3 years to complete (age 18 - 21).
Thats a pretty long time for me to spend because i don't want to live here anyways.
So do i have to do the military? and if i have to and i don't do it, would it affect me in Canada?

Also, what are the odds to get an experience class visa?

Thanks!

If you get a study visa and study for 2 years and after that get a post-grad work permit and work for a year, you would qualify to apply under Canadian experience class. I don't think Canada would refuse your immigration because you dodged the draft. You would have problems if you went back to visit though. It's not a good thing to have on your back.

Is there any other way you can get out of the draft?

Actually i don't want to come back.
I don't like my country that much and i want to start all over again in Canada.
Assuming i'm an international student then it means i'm still an Israeli citizen, they can bring me back or something?

Thank you

I don't know. If you are on a temporary visa and Israel says they want you back, you probably have to go back. That is unless Israel doesn't know where you are. Is your passport valid for long enough that you don't have to renew it in the next few years?
