Currently working in the US for employer B (xyz Inc.) which has its HQ, employer A (xyz Corp) located in Montreal, QC. Am I eligible for Intra-Company Transfer work permit to work in Montreal, QC?
I know that ICT work permit is LMIA exempt, but is it applicable to QC? Does ICT work permit for QC require additional steps to apply to MIDI to get the work permit?
