is it normal to have 2 lines for the same application on your ircc portal?

on my ircc portal, under applications, i have a line that says "express entry" for when I first made my profile. then after being invited and submitting my application I got a line that says "permanent residency". both lines have the same application number, and the "permanent residency" application says it's submitted, but the other one says "update not submitted". when i click it i see that all the forms are transmitted except for one that says "updated". I'm not sure why it says that, maybe i clicked on it or something but i didn't change any of the info in it. Should I be worried?

Don't worry about the "express entry" line anymore. All you need to focus on now is the "permanent residency" one. Make sure you fill out all the forms with the right information, upload the requested documents and submit your application
