IRCC Contact Extension not working

How do I get hold of an IRCC agent? I have tried calling 1-888-242-2100 and dialing 3-4-1-0 immediately but the menu seems to have changed.

Yeah, the menu is different. Just pick selections related to finding out the status of your application, and in the end, after you give them your application number etc. there will be an option to connect to a human being
